Together we are stronger – Staff development a top priority at Ingkerreke Commercial
Ingkerreke Commercial recently demonstrated their commitment to continuous staff development by hosting an in-house staff training day.
The team shared a bacon and egg breakfast before a packed itinerary which included team-building activities, OH&S and HR procedure training, first aid and developing communication and customer service skills.
A highlight of the day was the workshop on mental health which led to some open and healthy discussion on the issues facing today’s workforce.
Staff walked away from the day with some new skills and knowledge to put into practice, but one lucky staff member left the day with something a little extra…
Thanks to a supplier promotion, one lucky staff member had the opportunity to win an all expenses paid trip to Queensland for the Lawrence & Hanson, Hager Porsche Track Experience.
The lucky winner announced at the end of the training day was Roland Purcell.
